Support
Support comes from people in your time zone. When something breaks, you are not filing a ticket into a void eight hours behind you.
How to reach us
Email hello@gitza.co.za. It reaches a person.
| Tier | What you get |
|---|---|
| Free | Community support |
| Pro | Priority email support |
| Team | Support with response targets |
| Enterprise | SLAs on the dedicated tier |
A number to call comes with the paid tiers and with Enterprise.
What to include
The fastest replies come from emails that carry:
- The address of the repository, organisation or page involved, such as
git.gitza.co.za/you/your-repo. - What you did and what happened, including the exact text of any error. For Git
errors, the full output of the command, run with
GIT_TRACE=1if it is a connection problem. - When, to the minute if you can, so it can be matched against the logs.
- Whether it worked before, and what changed.
Never send a password or an access token. If you think one has leaked, revoke it first and tell us afterwards.
Security
If you have found a security problem on Gitza, email hello@gitza.co.za with Security in the subject and do not post it publicly. You will get a reply from a person, and credit if you want it.
